The work of Miguel Arruda. I was really excited about this thing until I looked up the engineering firm and learned its made of a steel mesh and cork.

I’ve decided to move forward with the notion that the architectural feature I’m most interested in is ceramics (which started me on looking into habitable sculptures to begin with). I’m not so sure how it relates to a larger architectural discussion as of yet, but I’d like to think it has much to do with technology and practice.
